You have coffee, we have story, let us talk about the coffee story today.—Latte

From the last post, we talk about the coffee story, our first coffee story is Espresso. I think most of people are waiting for Color Suns to talk about the second coffee story, alright, let us talk about the coffee story today, welcome our second character of coffee: Latte.

One-third Espresso, two-third hot milk, the prefect combination of Espresso and Hot milk is Latte which full of milk.

Latte, it means for milk in Italian. When Latte is popular in the middle of 19 century in England and USA, Latte is refer to the coffee with milk. In Italy, if your want to have a cup of Latte, you should say : Caffe Latte, not Latte. Otherwise, they will offer you a cup of milk. Ha~~.

Because of the high content of milk in a cup of Latte, it is particularly suitable for the people who don’t like the middle sour of coffee.
